## How entendre shows up in the TCF and TEF

Entendre is a regular -re verb. « Entendre dire que » (to hear that) introduces rumours and news in the listening section.

-   Je n'entends pas bien, pouvez-vous parler plus fort ? _I can't hear well, can you speak louder?_
-   J'ai entendu dire que le bureau allait fermer. _I heard that the office was going to close._
