It has to be drafted and then reviewed by a lawyer before publication. Do not rely on this page: it creates no obligations, for you or for Français Prep.
These terms will govern the preparation courses Français Prep sells and the use of this site. They do not cover exam registration, which you complete directly with an approved test centre under that centre's own terms.
Points this must cover
- -What each course tier includes, how many sessions, and over what period
- -Payment terms, currency, and whether instalments are offered
- -The refund and cancellation window, and how rescheduling works
- -The refund window, the notice required to reschedule a live lesson, and the turnaround we commit to on marked work
- -That preparation is not a guarantee of an exam result, and that we are not the exam administrator
- -That nothing on the site is immigration or legal advice
- -Acceptable use of course materials, and that they may not be redistributed
- -Limitation of liability, governing law, and how disputes are handled
